- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current insurance policies and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Perform outside sales activities including networking and community outreach to generate new business leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration practices.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to reach potential clients and promote various insurance products.
- Provide guidance on benefits administration and assist clients with claims processing when needed.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close sales effectively.
- Experience with outside sales strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective sales administration.
- Two years of insurance sales experience is preferred.
