I opened my agency in 2003 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent 15 years as a District Supervisor for a fast food chain. I was looking for a career change that would allow me to own a business and make a greater impact - not only on customers, but on the lives and growth of my team.

I stay active in the community by sponsoring local 5K runs, supporting school events, and participating in community functions with booths and outreach. Being visible and involved locally is an important part of how we connect with the people we serve.

Our agency offers PTO, holiday pay, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team so they can perform at a high level while still maintaining balance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Franklin Myles - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
